In many organizations, testing takes longer than necessary. Test scenarios are scattered, defects lost, departments and individuals have their own methods, and the same issues arise with every release. Sound familiar? If so, your testing process probably needs more structure and predictability.
That is why we are hosting a free workshop on April 21, 2026, titled “Learn Structured Testing in Two and a Half Hours.” Senior Consultant John Brugman will show you how a well-thought-out approach can give you more control and clarity—without any complicated hassle.

Why structured testing is essential
In organizations where multiple teams and departments work together, testing often depends on the discipline and skill of individual team members. This creates risks:
- Incomplete or unclear tests
- Findings that are not acted upon
- Unclear priorities
- Unnecessary regression issues
- Wasting time during releases
A structured testing process prevents this. It ensures clarity, predictability, and better collaboration between IT, business, and project teams. During the workshop, we’ll show you how to achieve this.
What you'll learn in the workshop
In two and a half hours, John will walk you through the essentials of effective test management. Practical, concrete, and immediately applicable.
Topics covered:
- The key principles of testing. What’s essential, and what can you safely leave out?
- What is a smart testing approach? How do you set up your testing so that you only test what’s necessary?
- How do you create a good test design? From risks to logical, reusable test scenarios.
- A clear defects. Ensuring that issues are logged, addressed, and followed up on.
- Reporting with purpose. What are you reporting on , and more importantly: why?
- The role of test management tools such as Testersuite. How a test management tool helps provide an overview, insight, and collaboration, and contributes to test maturity.
Who is this workshop intended for?
The workshop has been specifically designed for professionals who do work with testing, but for whom testing is not their primary area of expertise. For example:
- functional administrators;
- application administrators;
- key users;
- project managers;
- business analysts;
- quality assurance staff.
In short: anyone who deals with testing, coaching, or evaluation in their day-to-day work but isn’t a testing professional. This session will help you approach acceptance testing, releases, and changes with greater structure and confidence—regardless of how your organization currently structures its testing process.
