During this year's Overheid 360º congress, digital transformation will be central. The digital transformation affects the entire organisation, including within the Government. From strategy, data, cloud to the safety of citizens. Cooperation and managing a good test process play an important role in the digital transformation. Unfortunately, this transformation does not always run smoothly.
This raises the question of how the testing process is managed. What does the testing process look like? How mature is the testing process? Is the test process seen as an obligatory formality? At the congress Overheid 360º Testersuite we will address these questions together with Gemeente Apeldoorn during the round table session: Testing is important but not a goal in itself!
During the round table session of Testersuite on Overheid 360º, the Municipality of Apeldoorn will discuss the why, how and what of a professional test process. During this session, the Municipality of Apeldoorn will share its own experiences and insights, which may be valuable to other government institutions. Below are the questions we will be addressing together with Gemeente Apeldoorn:
Why should you invest time in professionalising the testing process? This question is reason enough for us to ask many counter-questions. We certainly have an opinion on this. But how do other government institutions view this?
How could you professionalise the testing process within your organisation? The answer to this question gives a good insight into the maturity level of your testing process! Do you dare to do that?
What does it take to implement and secure improvements within your organisation? This is where it gets really exciting, because how many percent of government institutions have ever thought about this?
The Municipality of Apeldoorn has answered many of these questions and made great strides in the area of testing. Read more about this in our blog'Let's talk about test... You can register for the round table session here here.
